The National Youth's "Network" initiative is aimed at bringing together young individuals from various backgrounds to cultivate a sense of community and teamwork. This program offers participants the chance to form valuable connections, exchange ideas, and take part in skill-development activities. Its primary goal is to empower youth by equipping them with the resources and support they need to lead, inspire others, and drive positive change in their communities.
We plan and implement various programmes aimed at young people to overcome a range of pressing issues such as isolation, mental health, development and employability. Our programmes are tailored to help youth groups, their communities, and young people to navigate the challenges they encounter, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to excel.
We are excited to introduce an initiative focused on training, development and coaching to support youth organisations, youth workers, and young individuals nationwide. This all-encompassing program is designed specifically for community organisations, youth workers, social workers, parents, and faith/community leaders who are dedicated to empowering and uplifting the next generation.
Participants will be guided through our specially developed ‘Youth Framework,’ a key tool in fostering positive engagement with young people. One of the core outcomes of this programme is the establishment of supportive, inclusive, and safe spaces where youth can thrive, connect, and grow—both socially and emotionally. Through this initiative, we aim to equip youth professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to strengthen youth work, support individual development, and build lasting, supportive networks within local communities.
We carry out research to demonstrate the significance of youth work and offer evidence that can enhance youth services. Operating both locally and nationally, we strive to ensure change makers understand the importance of youth work and allocate the necessary resources. Through our research and advocacy efforts, we aim to ensure that youth work continues to have a meaningful impact on the lives of young people throughout the UK.
